How to sign up to be a consigner:

• Register online to get a consigner ID
• Print tags using our Tag Worksheet Excel File (save to your computer, then open!)
• Sign up for a drop-off appointment
• A $5 registration fee is due at time of registration
• You don't absolutely have to highlight items for donation. If you don't pick the items up on Monday, everything that is left will be donated. Lets keep it simple!
  

What can you sell?

• Minimum of 15 items per seller
• High quality Kid's clothing, accessories, products & furniture
• Toys: Toys & games etc. MUST HAVE ALL PIECES, be clean and not out of date. Attach small pieces by putting them in a Ziploc bag and taping bag shut. Then securely tape bag to larger item. All items that require batteries should have them. No one wants to buy a toy if they can not test it first.
• Small Items: Group small items (such as socks, sippy cups etc.) in a large Ziploc bag. Then use clear packing tape to seal the bag to prevent items from being lost.
• Rule of Thumb: When in doubt... leave it out. If you don’t feel good about an item or feel it is something that you would not purchase then do not put it in the sale. The quality of our sale is important to us.
• Quality Control: We will be screening items very closely at drop off as to maintain the quality of the sale. Use good judgment when deciding what to bring to the sale. Please do not be offended if we ask you to take back some of your items. It is often easy to miss a spot or tear when you are getting your items ready at home.
  

What can’t you sell?

• Torn, faded or out of date clothing and shoe
• Items with missing pieces
• Maternity Bras and underwear
• No open consumable or drug store items (formula, baby food, etc.)

How to prepare your items:

• Thoroughly clean all clothes and prepare on hangers
• If a battery is necessary to operate the item, ensure that it is included
• All items should be fully assembled (leave extra time at drop off)
• Secure shoes together with strong plastic fasteners.
• Clean, iron and hang all clothing items facing left.
• Hang pants on hangers with safety pins or use pant hangers.

How to price your items:

• Items should be priced between 30%-80% off retail prices.
• We recommend you allow your items to sell for half price on Sunday.
• There is a minimum price of $2.00 on all items. If your item is not worth $5.00 alone, bundle it together with like items.
• All items should be priced in .50 cent increments (ex $12.50, $35.00, $60.50)

How to tag your items:

• Print the tags on white cardstock from your home computer using the Tag Worksheet Excel file
• Be sure to fill in your consigner ID on the data entry tab
• All labels should be complete
• Use safety pins to attach tags to clothes (front/right)
• Tape tags to the bottom of toys and inside of books
• Use large Ziploc bags to keep pieces together

Dropping off and picking up your items:

• Schedule a drop off time when you register online
• Drop items off at Imagine That
• All clothing must be on hangers
• Stained, torn, improperly tagged or out of date items will be returned.
• Items that are not of high quality will be returned or not included in the sale
• Bring signed sellers agreement and a self-addressed envelope with your consigner number on it if you insist on being paid by check through mail. We prefer paypal!
• A $5 registration fee is due at time of registration
• Plan to spend at least 20-30 minutes for drop-off to ensure all of your items are put away in the correct area
• Pick up items that didn’t sell on Monday between 9am-12pm
• Items not picked up during the above mentioned times will be donated

How you will get paid:

• You will be sent money through paypal within 2 weeks after the sale
